DESCRIPTION:Fiber Arts – Hand Embroidery\nUnleash your inner fiber artist in our Hand Embroidery beginner’s class.  Hand embroidery is a great way to express your creativity because it can be taken anywhere and be whatever you want it to be!  You can purchase pre-designed kits or create your own and really the possibilities are endless!  In this class get started by learning 16 different stitches that can be easily created with needle and thread and we will use those stitches to create a great little elephant project! \nWhat you will learn:\n16 different hand embroidery stitches Including outline and fill stitches \nDifferent kinds of threads used in embroidery \nHow to finish your hand embroidery project \nWhat to Expect:\nThis class is a 6-week class in which each week we learn new stitches and at the end of the class you will have a stitch dictionary and a great finished elephant project for you to keep and further your inspiration for other projects! \nEach class will be 1.5 hours long \nImportant information:\nAll supplies will be provided for this class \nSign up is required and you can do so online or by calling us at the studio \nAll current sewing club members will receive a discount so please contact us to register if you are a current sewing club member. \nEpic Students:\nWe are an approved vendor for Epic and you may use the learning fund to pay for this club. \nYou may also be able to receive credit for an elective for this class.
